WPWC provides refunds only where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.
We do not offer refunds for:
Partial months of service
Domain registrations or transfers
Accounts terminated for abuse
Misuse of services
Failure to maintain backups
Change of mind after service activation
2. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
3. Chargebacks
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
Immediate suspension
Permanent account closure
Additional fees from payment processors
We encourage contacting us first to resolve any issue.
