WP With Conviction (“WPWC”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides web hosting, email, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using our platform, you (“you”, “client”, “customer”) agree to these Terms of Service.

These terms exist to protect the stability of our platform, the integrity of our infrastructure, and the experience of all customers.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account RequirementsYou must provide accurate contact information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary to protect our platform.

3. Acceptable UseYou agree not to use WPWC services for:

Illegal activity of any kind

Hosting malware, phishing pages, or harmful scripts

Sending unsolicited email (spam)

Distributing copyrighted material without permission

Hosting abusive, hateful, or harmful content

Resource abuse that impacts server stability

Attempting to bypass security or exploit vulnerabilities

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Resource LimitsEach hosting plan includes defined limits (disk space, bandwidth, email accounts, databases, etc.).You agree not to exceed these limits.

Excessive CPU, RAM, or I/O usage that affects server performance may result in:

temporary throttling

suspension

or a request to upgrade your plan

We aim to resolve issues fairly and transparently.

5. BackupsWPWC may provide automated backups as a courtesy, but:

backups are not guaranteed

customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups

WPWC is not liable for data loss

We strongly recommend keeping off‑site backups of your website and databases.

6. Payments & BillingServices are billed in advance.

Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in suspension.

Suspended accounts may be terminated if unpaid after a reasonable period.

All prices are subject to change, but existing customers will be notified in advance.

7. Refund PolicyWe offer refunds only where required by law or explicitly stated in a promotion.

Refunds are not provided for:

misuse of services

violations of these terms

domain registrations or transfers

partial months of service

accounts terminated for abuse

We aim to be fair, but we must protect the platform.

8. DomainsIf you register or transfer a domain through WPWC:

you are responsible for renewing it before expiry

expired domains may enter redemption with additional fees

domain registrations are non‑refundable

Ownership of a domain remains with the registrant, not HH24.

9. Service AvailabilityWe strive for high uptime and stable performance.However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

maintenance

network issues

hardware failures

third‑party outages

We will always act quickly and transparently to resolve issues.

10. SecurityWe take security seriously, but:

no system is 100% secure

you are responsible for securing your website, scripts, and passwords

outdated or vulnerable software may be disabled to protect the server

If we detect a compromised account, we may suspend it to prevent further damage.

11. Suspension & TerminationWe may suspend or terminate services if:

invoices remain unpaid

you violate the Acceptable Use Policy

your account threatens server stability

you engage in abusive behaviour toward staff

We will always attempt to notify you unless immediate action is required.

12. LiabilityHH24 is not liable for:

data loss

downtime

lost revenue

security breaches caused by customer actions

third‑party software vulnerabilities

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties.

13. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms of Service at any time.Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
